Welcome to our permanent web site! The purpose of this page is to let you know what we are doing, where we are headed, and any changes that we have made in the ESP and Hypnotism Show. New editions will hopefully be issued bi-monthly, subject to available time since I will be putting them together personally.
I also reserve the right to express my views from time to time on various topics, both show business and non show business, and I encourage feedback from you on anything that you might agree with, anything that you don't agree with, or just a comment with your own opinion. As some of you may know, I have a varied background, starting as a dancer, then magician, musician, road rock musician, ham radio operator, as well as my present status as a hypnotist and psychic entertainer. Along the way I even found time to finish school, college and get a law degree (J.D.) from the University of Georgia. I have had extensive training in mediation and arbitration, and served 2 terms as a State Legislator in the Georgia House of Representatives. Although I still maintain a law office and practice some law, about 8 years ago I decided that I wanted to return to my first love, performing. If you read the reprint of the article from Convention South Magazine attached to this site, that will give you even more background.
My energies now are dedicated to performing the best hypnotism show that money can buy, and changes and improvements are continuous toward that end. My focus is not toward the comedy club type of show, although our show would be appreciated in that venue, but rather corporate and corporate type entertainment. Corporate convention and meeting banquets, festivals, fairs, home and trade show exhibition type events are what we specialize in. I don't do a risque show and often perform where children are in the audience and have never had a complaint. I have nothing against and am not being critical of my fellow hypnotic performers who do such shows, but it is just not my style, and I am not comfortable with it. I do and have done college shows, and they laugh just as hard as they would at any hilarious show and so don't find it necessary to deviate from my usual show. I also don't go for cheap laughs at the expense of the dignity and self esteem of my audience volunteers. Without audience volunteers there would be no show, and they are the stars of my show. I want them to enjoy the experience and look forward to volunteering again.
The show contains a lot of sound and music, much of it original. We are in the process of moving all of our sound and music to CD format to make it even more effective and easier on the sound technician. A new introduction is in the works, as are new dance routines and sketches. Before the end of the year our Great show will be a Greater show and World Class. This is a promise.
Beginning in February of this year we associated ourselves with Your Event Solution, a fantastic agency out of Buford (Atlanta area), Georgia. Paul Griffing, Linda Bagley and all of their staff are multi talented people that I am proud to be associated with. They will take care of the business and detail end so that I can put all of my efforts into keeping the show top drawer and honed to a fine edge. Third party entertainment bureaus and meeting and event planners are welcome, and we look forward to working with you to put together the type of event that you and your client will be delighted with. Click on their YES logo below to go directly to their web site, call the toll free number, or send me e-mail, and I will have them contact you.
